Birthday Parties – What’s Included & FAQ

What’s Included

• Private party time: 2 hours of play, plus 15 minutes of setup before your event.

• Cleanup provided: We take care of all cleanup before and after your party.

• Party supplies: Plates, cups, bowls, napkins, and utensils are provided. These are solid colors chosen at random, and specific colors cannot be guaranteed.

• Party room setup:

  • 3 adult tables (36" long, seats 4 each)

  • 3 children’s tables (36" long, seats 4 each)

  • Chairs for both kids and adults

  • 2 restaurant-style high chairs (without trays)

  • Buffet counter for food service

  • Full-size refrigerator and freezer available for your use

Decorations & Food

• Bring your own decorations (no confetti). Latex balloons are allowed in the party room but not on the play floor.

• Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome, but must remain in the party room.

• Birthday candles are permitted. Open flames (such as sternos) are not allowed.

Guests & Supervision

• Up to 39 guests may attend, though the space feels most comfortable with 25 or fewer.

• For safety, at least 1 adult per 5 children is required.

Payments & Policies

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

• The remaining balance is due before your event begins (payment may be brought on the day of the party).

• Parties may be rescheduled one time at no additional fee if illness or weather prevents your event. Additional reschedules may be subject to a fee.

• We regularly rotate toys and update the playroom. The layout may differ slightly from what you saw when booking.

FAQs

Do you provide decorations?
No, but you are welcome to bring your own with the restrictions noted above.

Can I choose the color of plates and utensils?
No. We provide a variety of solid-color partyware, but colors are randomly supplied and not guaranteed.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, non-alcoholic only, and food/drinks must stay in the party room. A buffet counter, full-size refrigerator, and freezer are available for your convenience.

What if we need to reschedule?
You may reschedule your party once at no additional fee. After that, a fee may apply.

FAQs

Can I bring decorations?
No. Decorations are not permitted for Family Night.

What food and desserts are allowed?
Outside food is welcome, but only non-alcoholic drinks. Cookies and simple snacks are okay. Desserts with frosting (such as cakes or cupcakes) are not permitted.

Is the playroom private?
Yes! Your Family Night booking includes private use of the playroom.

How many people can attend?
The package includes 6 children. Additional children may be added at the door for $10 each. Adults are welcome at no charge.

Can we reschedule?
Yes. You may reschedule one time at no additional fee due to illness or weather.
